1. Introduction and acceptance

This website, aromacar.in (the "Site"), is operated by Audio Mafia ("Aroma Car", "we", "us", "our"). Throughout the Site, the terms "you" and "your" refer to the user or customer accessing the Site or placing an order.

By visiting the Site, browsing our catalogue, creating an account, subscribing to our updates, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with all policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Our products

Aroma Car sells car perfumes, air fresheners, hanging fragrance bottles, cup-holder gel diffusers and related fragrance products for automotive use.

Intended use. Our products are intended solely for use as fragrance products inside a motor vehicle. They are not perfumes for application to the body, not for consumption, and not for use on skin, food, pets or plants.

Safety. Fragrance products contain alcohol and aromatic compounds and may be flammable. Please:

  • Keep away from open flames, cigarettes, sparks and direct heat
  • Store away from direct sunlight and do not leave in an unattended hot car for extended periods
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets
  • Avoid spraying directly onto dashboards, leather, screens, upholstery or painted surfaces — spray into the air of the cabin instead
  • Discontinue use if any irritation, headache, dizziness or allergic reaction occurs
  • Do not spray while driving

Individuals with fragrance sensitivities, asthma, respiratory conditions or known allergies should exercise caution and consult a medical professional if unsure. We are not liable for any adverse reaction resulting from use contrary to these instructions.

Surface damage. Fragrance liquids may stain or damage certain interior surfaces. You are responsible for using the product as directed. We are not liable for damage to vehicle interiors caused by spillage, direct spraying onto surfaces, or improper mounting.

4. Product information and accuracy

We make every effort to display our products, fragrance notes, sizes and specifications as accurately as possible. However:

  • Product images are for illustration. Actual colour, label design, cap finish and packaging may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings and production batches.
  • Fragrance descriptions are subjective interpretations intended to help you choose. Scent perception varies from person to person.
  • Stated longevity, coverage and volume are approximate and depend on usage conditions.
  • We reserve the right to modify formulations, packaging and specifications without prior notice.

We do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing or other content on the Site is error-free, complete or current. If a product received is materially different from its description, your remedy is set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Pricing, errors and payment

Pricing. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment.

Price changes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.

Pricing errors. In the event of a listing error — including an incorrect price, discount or product description — we reserve the right to cancel any order placed against that listing, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment taken. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Payment methods. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets and, where available, Cash on Delivery. All online payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete card or banking details on our servers.

Failed and duplicate payments. If an amount is debited but your order is not confirmed, please contact us with your transaction reference. Such amounts are typically auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. We will assist in tracing the payment where required.

Fraud. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, placed using unauthorised payment credentials, or intended for unauthorised resale.

6. Order acceptance

Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. A confirmation email or SMS acknowledges receipt of your order — it does not constitute acceptance. The contract is formed only when the order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to limit order quantities, restrict sales to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and refuse any order at our discretion.

7. Bulk, wholesale and resale
